1. Description
Keemun black tea fragrant snail is an innovative production method of Keemun black tea. It adds a shaping process after fermentation on the basis of traditional initial production techniques, making the tea strips more intact and the refining process much simpler. Its degree of fermentation is also slightly lower than traditional Keemun black tea. It was created by the Tea Research Institute of Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences, which leveraged its technological advantages and combined single buds and one bud with one leaf at the initial stage of unfolding from Keemun tea leaves with unique processing techniques.
Dried Tea: The shape is curled like a snail, with the golden hairs showing.
Tea Soup: The aroma is not as strong as that of Keemun black tea, but there is a mixture of osmanthus and other fruits in the fine smell; the soup color is orange-red, clean and bright; the taste is fresh and mellow, tender and sweet, and the water quality is soft.
