Pu'er Shengtuo tea refers to tea cakes or tea leaves made from fresh tea leaves through processes such as withering, rolling, and sun drying. The production process is relatively simple, mainly including the following steps:
1）Picking: Select high-quality fresh tea leaves for picking.
2）Qingqing: Quickly stir fry the picked tea leaves in a high-temperature pot to destroy the enzyme activity inside the leaves and prevent oxidation and deterioration of the tea leaves.
3）Rolling: Moderately rolling the tea leaves after withering to form a curled shape and release tea juice.
4）Sun drying: Place the rolled tea leaves in the sun to dry 70-80%, and then dry them in the shade indoors.
5）Pressing: Weigh the dried tea leaves in a certain proportion and place them in a mold to press them into a cake or tuo shape

The appearance of Pu'er Shengtuo tea presents a green or yellow green color, with soft and glossy leaves that give a fresh and natural feeling overall.
