1.Description
Early Maturing hybrid bottle gourd. ~50 days from transplanting to harvesting. Fruit is 30~50 cm long, 6~8 cm in diameter, 500~1500g. Heavy fruiter and will continue fruiting. Fruit is long, straight and uniformed. Bright green skin and white flesh. Young fruit is fine, crispy and sweet. Great quality. Seed treated.
早熟瓠瓜，定植至采收50天左右。瓜长30～50cm，粗6～8cm，嫩瓜500～1500克，挂果早而集中，连续座果力强，头尾大小均匀且直，长短适中。翠绿脆嫩，皮绒毛，肉质细，味甜，爽口，商品性极佳，做架爬地栽培皆可。单株定植，三蔓整枝，因具侧蔓结瓜习性，主蔓4～6节摘心，留三个子蔓，子蔓1～2节出现雌花，每个子蔓第一雌花座果后往上留3叶再次摘心，并疏去畸形瓜。第一批瓜早采收，促进第2～3批瓜生长提高产量。孙蔓节节有瓜，应及时蔬果，连续摘心。带包衣。

3. Description of the seeding process
|
播种/育苗 瓠瓜需要进行催芽处理，水温25℃~30℃浸泡 24 小时，捞出种子洗净，用湿除用纸包好，装入不封口的塑料袋里，置于温暖处(25~28℃)催芽，3~6天发芽后转移到育苗盆里。放在温暖阳光充足的地方。等3~4片子叶生成后，移栽到地里。 种植管理 瓠瓜长藤时引蔓上架，侧蔓结果，所以主蔓长到一米长后掐尖促进侧蔓生长。确保水肥充足，适当剪去弱病枝;光照充足，通风良好有利于开花结果。瓠瓜傍晚开花，手动授粉可提高坐果率。 收获 瓠瓜需趁嫩摘，质量最好，可促进新果实生长。 |
Sowing/seed starting Bottle should be germinated before sowing. Soak in warm water (78~95 F) for at ~24 hours. Wash well and wrap in wet paper towel. Put in a loose plastic bag and leave in a warm place (78~83F) In 3~6 days seed will germinate. Transfer in seed starter in a sunny and warm place. Transplant when seedlings grow 3~4 leaves. Care Direct vines on to trellis. It will fruit onside vines. When main vine grows to 1m, remove the tip to promote side vines. Remove week and silk vines if needed. Plenty direct sunlight and good ventilation help better flowering and fruiting. Bottle gourd flowers in afternoon. Hand-pollinate to help success fruiting. Harvest Harvest bottle gourd young. Old bottle gourd is tough and not edible. More picking more fruiting. |
